Thank you for your answer. I finaly found the solution, the problem was a ripped off voltage regulature that normaly provide 1.2V_EEGS_VDD. So I replaced it with one I found in a unreapairable COK-001 board, now it perfectly work ! The leaked full schematic have been very usefull !
