It was not the ram chips. Ram chip reballing did not help at all. Unfortunately CELL is dead on this console - but this thread might help someone with debugging.

Fixed! The problem was 2 smd's blown on the right side of the eject button, on the left side of the IC. Replaced from doner board -> working!

Dual transistor replaced. Still a black screen on hdmi - yes, I have re-tried to reset the resolution. No luck. I'm thinking that it really might be some one small smd, that would cause it... ...and maybe we are wasting time here :(
