No, i have not. But i have settled with what i got. Game works, this image with compressed into. And i'm OK with it. I fiddled with GT4 last year just out of curiosity without intention to play it out. To remember good ole days and to look at 1080i on my ps2. Still got license disk but from PAL...- Sloa Jay

Maybe i'm too late but i had the same issue with GT4. Opl version that i used was and still is 1.1.0. And proper dump of GT4 NTSC dual layered disk got stuck every time on loading. Workaround was to use image with compressed video, size about 4.5 gb, so it fits on one layer.- Sloa Jay
