I was able to solve my problem, I downloaded some opl manager program. When I scanned my library it came up with a few "invalid" games. None of those games had game IDs associated with them. Didn't work, now it freezes at the opl splash screen with the same loading icon, I think without the configs it just remade new ones and now its trying to do the game list creation thing from the beginning instead of me manually doing it after opl loads.
