I have version 3.3.0 and using the file manager from the USB or HDD, I cannot install the PKG. Now I have tried using the internet browser with the URL http://ps3xploit.me/hen/installer/auto/dev/index.html, the file downloads but always ends up giving an error

When I install the pkg it tells me: unable to access the USB device. even though I have a USB connected and visible on the PS3

I've tried the PS1 emulator that supposedly has the widescreen hack, the problem is that it doesn't give the option to put it in full screen. Am I missing something?

Is there a guide on PSX-Place on how to add widescreen patches to PS2 or PS1 games for PS3?
