    This is usually just a browser glitch. Try clearing your cookies then rebooting. Alternatively, use a different USB drive or use the standard installer.

    This is possible in principle, but difficult. sem-00x boards require different resistor replacement and GPU reballing compared to COK. So try to follow the sem-00x/CECHG specific guide or ask experienced assemblers.
