I have a question I tired installing the hen update from the auto installer in the ps3's browser and Everytime it reaches 95% it says that "Hen Failure Restart ps3 and try again" Can anyone explain to me what happened?

When is the hfw/cfw 4.91 firmware update available? Because I can't sign in psn unless I update it.
