I had everything working on beta 15 on my CECH-2004A machine. Added Multiman, MultimanMod, PSP Launcher Fixed 3.30, apollo-ps3 and then when I added Cobra-usr_psp-launcher v2.0 things went bad. I am not sure if the psp launcher is to blame, but when I power on the machine, it freezes 3-4 seconds...
