The same thing happens to me, I get the error code 80029567 mentioned by Sakimotor in his tutorial but works when I enable debug mode. Is your PS3 PAL region? If not maybe it's some odd rare bug that doesn't happen a lot.

I tried this already last night and the pkg refused to install, it would immediately give me an error code even in debug mode.
