PS3 Finding shorted problem on PS3 DIA-002 board

Looking at the images, I think you added too many capacitors, they say this forces the rest of the circuit causing a short, the ideal would be to put 10/12 so many on this side of the board, always keeping the capacitance closer to the original...

PS3 PS3 backwards compatible mod for non bc models?

I think it's almost impossible, at most it would be to improve the emulation system that Sony created at the time (in Evilnat some improvements were made)...

    PS3 PS3 CECHL reliability?

Summarising: -Don't care about aesthetics or backwards compatibility with ps2: Slim 21xx/25xx; -Want backwards compatibility with ps2: Cecha/Cechb/Ceche/CechC Frankstein mod (rsx and nectokins replaced), the originals are unreliable; -Don't need backwards compatibility but want aesthetics...

    PS3 PS3 CECHL reliability?

65nm models have a reliable rsx, the problem really is the 8 nectokins, their wear varies from use and the temperature at which it was used, due to the heat of its internal jumper together with the temperature radiated by the processors (wear can be random, some good and some bad). My Cech-p has...

PS3 Bypass Date and Time on Boot

Thank you, I updated the webman version 1.47.48K to M and it worked, but it still appears for 1 second, maybe it would be interesting in the future to remove it completely or alternatively through cfw, without depending on webman, but I don't think it would be that simple.

PS3 Bypass Date and Time on Boot

I think there could be some option to switch or remove the time request at boot, jumping to the xmb directly, and thus updating the time, either by autoclock fix or manually, just like on an xbox 360 that does not use a cmos battery.

PS3 Bypass Date and Time on Boot

Yes, the Autoclock fix works normally, it's just that whenever I unplug the PS3 from the power outlet, right on the boot screen it asks for the date and time, but I wanted to skip this screen automatically, how it was supposed to be with a 100% cmos battery.

PS3 Bypass Date and Time on Boot

My PS3 has a dead CMOS battery, and to replace it I would have to replace the thermal paste (motherboard Ver-001). With CFW, is there any way to skip this screen automatically? I have already activated Cbomb and autoClock fix, but the screen still appears when I turn off the PS3 from the power.

PS3 Ip display on xmb in cfw Dex

I'm using Evilnat 4.92.2 D-Pex, but I couldn't find the option to hide or add the IP display, where is it?

PS3 Ip display on xmb in cfw Dex

Is it possible to switch or remove the IP in the bottom right corner of the CFW 4.92 Dex? I know that in Hen or CEx it is possible to add it, but I have never seen how to remove it...

PS3 I think I bombed the CBOMB fix. How do I undo my mistake?

Sorry to butt in, but when activating the CBomb fix, will the system ask for the date to always be on, or will this be fixed? Can I activate the Auto clock fix in webman together with CBomb?

    PS3 Evilnat 4.92 Sound Effects

Hello everyone, I always change the coldboot and gameboot to 2006, after I updated my evilnat 4.90 to 4.92, I noticed that their volume was lower, did anyone else notice the difference? Does anyone know which file I should change to return the volume to default? The creator of Xmb Reclassic...
