Sadly its not coming back... I had already tested the points littleballup showed. According to my friend when he ripped the pads he tried to find it again by digging the board leaving a hole where the pads were. He probably caused damage to a trace that pass below the pad.
Well at least my...
I know... But where the A16 is going to? By ripping the B0 It also broken the connection of the A16 pin to whatever it was going to. I need a point where i can make a Jump from the A16 to the place it was going.
There is many NAND models schematics. I looked them but they didn't seen to help much... I know very little to nothing of electronic... I'm just a guy with a soldering iron and flux.
When i test the hole with a multmeter i find ground. If i flow solder into the hole it will short for sure.
As i said there is ground on inside the hole. The only way i can think of rebuilding the pad is by sanding the board until i find the under layer trace. This can cause more harm than good...
Hello a friend gave me a Ver-001 board with the pad B0 completely destroyed.
I couldn't find any schematics/diagrams of this model thus i'm in need of help.
I need to know where to jump the nor chip pin A16 to. The only thing i know is that it seems to be going to the South Bridge chip true...
Seeing that you already tried flashing and have gone as far as replacing the chip the problem is probably beyond data corruption... Anyway:
Have you tried using another HD?
Have you tried installing another CFW with Rsod Bypass true the recovery mode?
Try this and see if it works.

If your PS3 is giving RSOD as soon as you turn it on you will need to install another CFW true the FSM that have RSOD Bypass.
DO NOT INSTALL A OFW!
If you do you will no longer be able...
That is why i don't want to buy a flasher just to find out that the console have more problems...
Tks anyway... I will keep waiting for a FSM way to fix it or try to find someone to borrow a flasher.
Hi.
I have a PS3 on 4.82 OFW that was NEVER Jailbreaked and as soon as i turn it on I get a RSOD screen.
Unable to do downgrade the only way I found to fix it is with a flasher but since I don't even know if the thing will work i'm waiting for a way to try to fix it true the FSM.
Since HFW...
Saddly it has no use to me... My Ps3 is on 4.82 OFW was never jailbreaked and the Rsod screen appears as soon as i turn the console on... Meaning i cant downgrade.
The only way i have to do any changes is true the FSM
That would be great. It would open the possibility to fix consoles with Rsod without the need of a flasher. Could you pls make a HFW/MFW with Rsod Bypass or Rebuild one of the CFW to be a direct install?
It would allow me to fix my Ps3 that is stuck with Rsod on 4.82 OFW with Rsod. And i know...
