iirc there was an issue before with HEN Toolbox removing the shortcut to Enable HEN, but HEN was otherwise still installed/usable. Try using the 'online enabler' from https://www.ps3xploit.me/hen/installer/index.html I haven't tried re-installing Toolbox yet since 4.90. On HFW.
