hardware problem. It happened to me a long time ago. I forgot to connect the wifi adapter which also gives you bluetooth. You have to open the console and check that it is connected, or maybe you need to change it.

the plugin is called TrophyUnlocker.sprx is super easy to find with google. you just need to go into a game and then press the PS button ---->R1 + O----> select button.. then all trophies wll start poping. beware that the date of those trophies will be the same.
