    PS3 CECHL-03 - No power after delid

    Hello. After successfully removing IHS from both RSX and CELL I tripped one of capacitors from RSX during the final cleaning. I decided to turn on the console without it. It gave out 3-beep and flashing red light 2-3 seconds after start. According to Sony it means overheating. Then I got it...
