All of the parts are unplugged. Just motherboard with psu on it.

Hi, i don't know anybody have seen the same issue but. I soldered jumpers right, connected the wires to the ftdi programmer, installed required drivers for ftdi chip. I used sysconreader program to easily look through error codes on my ps3. When i launch the program, a message box appears...
