**Before you ask, we didn't include OPL because we want you to pick the version you want to use. Grab the latest version of OPL from the official github, or grab a recommended version or fork from here. We recommend 1.2.0 Beta 2049 or 1.2.0 MMCE Beta 2. It is always recommended to back up your card's data before installation of any exploit software.

About Free McTuna - OpenTuna Installer,

Free McTuna OpenTuna Installer provides a seamless FMCB experience, with no outdated apps or bloat. Run the installer, and you're ready to go as if you had FMCB! Add your favorite apps with the included wLaunchELF and Free McBoot Configurator, such as Open PS2 Loader or Simple Media System.

1. Takes you to FMCB Decrypted after executing OpenTuna Exploit (Entering PS2 Browser, Browsing Memory Card, backing back out to main PS2 Menu) via PS2BBL as mc?:/BOOT/BOOT.ELF launched by OpenTuna.

2. BOOT.ELF is PS2BBL, allowing you to map different apps on boot or launch-keys. Also allows you to get to any app from hard set exit paths of mc?:/BOOT/BOOT.ELF in apps like SMS or GSM.

3. BOOT2.ELF is wLaunchELF_isr-EXFAT to offer a stable, lightly modified, ready to use flavor of wLE. You can replace BOOT2.ELF with any wLE version you prefer.

4. ESR.ELF is ESR Launcher, so you can read ESR Patched Discs from FMCBD without manual setup.

5. FMCBD versions are all in their own folders on the memory card - allowing you to "downgrade" if needed. By default, it OpenTuna's PS2BBL will try to launch 1.966, 1.953, and finally 1.8C. If the defaulted 1.966 works out of the box for you, you can delete the other versions.

6. Free McBoot Configurator is in its own folder (SYS_FMCB-CFG)

7. Settings get their own folder and already have BDMA applied for exFAT USB compatibility. (SYS-CONF)

8. BOOT folder only contains BOOT, BOOT2, ESR Launcher, and CONFIG.INI.
How To Install FMCB OpenTuna,
All you need to do is download and run the installer .elf file from the releases page on your PS2.
If you have access to wLaunchELF, you can run the installer elf from there.
If you are unmodded, you'll need to use another exploit like FreeDVDBoot (FDVDB) or otherwise to gain access to wLaunchELF or another ELF launcher and launch the FMCB OpenTuna Installer ELF file.

I have only tested it on PCSX2 and my FAT SCPH39001, but it appears to be working just fine.
This is part of a larger project and will continue to receive updates that may change the icons, configurations, or other QoL changes.

With these FMCB OpenTuna installations, users can change what boots from OpenTuna by updating the PS2BBL's BOOT.ELF configuration file (mc?:/BOOT/CONFIG.INI) with a text editor or wLaunchELF's built in text editor. (FIle Browser -> MISC -> Text Editor -> R1 -> Open -> mc?:/ -> BOOT/ -> CONFIG.INI)
This file determines where we land from OpenTuna's launch of BOOT.ELF (PS2BBL).
FMCBD was chosen to create a universal centralized experience between exploits, and is the default with these installers. If you don't want FMCB, you can update your CONFIG.INI as stated - and once confirmed working, delete FMCB-<version>/ folder from MC or PS2 Browser.
Planning on modifying KELFBinder and FMCB Installer to fit the same format, coming soon.
Would love some feedback.

Special thanks to @El_isra (all his code and input, revolutionary ps2bbl app, providing decrypted elfs, and taking the time to save mine) @HWNJ (providing the already existing OpenTuna BOOT/BOOT.ELF version psus, ESRr10f, and his other work on pieces used in this project) @_korax_ and FMCB team (For original and updated icons) @Berion for his endless assistance and involvement in the many projects, including the FMCB Display settings @TnA for his patience, solid vision, and guidance as I try to learn how to do these things along the way. And of course, the original Tuna teams for their breakthrough work making this all possible. @pcm720 and @bucanero for working with me and ps2dev environment setup.
If I forgot you, tell me - I am beyond grateful to all who have helped me along the way in learning how to do these things.
