so, i have a ps3 model cechg, i installed evilnat noBD because since buying it the console won't read any disk, i already tried opening it and cleaning it, but to no avail... can somewone help me to understand the problem and repairing it ?

I know that you can swap power supplys between models, but can you take, say a G model BD drive and remarry it to a CFW A model, or use that BD drive to upgrade the OFW of a NoBD A model, to use a a stepping stone to get NoBD CFW?
