    PS2 Cheat Database Launcher 1.1

    I created a simple launcher to select Cheat Database in Cheat Device (El_isra fork). It contains cheats for NTSC, NTSC J, PAL and even PS1 (POPS) games. All you need to do is configure CheatDevicePS2.ini to launch applications such as OPL, Neutrino or POPStarter.
