crashed

Hello, Recently updated my HEN 4.85 to a pro version. I installed webman and everthing crashed. It doesnt read my USB file in the main screen, so i can't really download things to fix this. I can't open multiman either or enable HEN, because my ps3 wil freeze Can anyone help me?
