Hypothetically speaking: If someone knowledgeable and skilled enough were to tailor an SNES emulator from the ground-up to fully take advantage of the PS2's crazy architecture, could full-speed SNES emulation be achieved? What would it take? VU1/VU0 acceleration? Hand-coded assembly?
