dying

I recently saw a video where a guy said that all CECHA ps3 are dying, well I know that nothing lasts forever, but it looked like he was referring to some chronic problem at CELL/RSX. Are CELL/RSX chips really different between CECHA and CECHE? this information is true? My PS3 CECHA dying...
