emulation ps2 ps3 remap controller

Hi Guys, was not able to find any information on this myself, so i am asking here. I use ManaGunz to mount ps2 backup images of my ps2 games, and as great as the classics are, sometimes i wish i could remap keys/assign additional keys (or stick axis) to already mapped inputs. So, give it to me...
