error 80028e06

I'm on 4.85.1 HWF with the lasted HEN version, and I try it using PsnPatch or WebmanMod to try enter on my PSN account but it tells me Error 80028E06... I try even enter on my PSN account before activate HEN, sing out, activate HEN and try to enter again but it tell's me the same Error...
