error dump uncharted 4

Hello. I tried to find a solution for error NP-34940-0, but cannot find anything on the internet about this error code anywhere. I made a personal dump from my original disc of "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" and this is the first and only time I have this problem with any of my personal dumps...
