fallout modding

I added a few simple mods to fallout 3, only mods that use .esp files. However, the game loads with no sound. The rest of the ps3 has sound but as soon as fallout boots up sound is gone. The game runs fine and the mods work but I get no sound. Can anyone help?

So I am modding Fallout New Vegas for the PS3, and I can get basically any simple plugin mod to work, but if it has any texture, or model changes, I get the red exclamation mark. Example, if I add Better Binoculars it works, but when you zoom in you got the error exclamation mark. I plan to just...
