gta5 mod

Hello guys, So I recently been searching for mod menus / mod loaders for the game GTA V on my ps3 , but whatever I do none of them work, I think it's because it's not compatible my game, so I will be really thankful if any of you can find a mod menu / loader that meets the requirements below ...

i just jailbroke my ps3 today and when i put a mod menu on for gta5 and opend the game it went to the screen calibration and asked me to press x. when i pressed x nothing happened. how can i fix this? the console is not freezing. i have tried starting the game and shutting off the controller...
