Hi I picked up a CECHL04 (VER-001) that works fine, except for lack of HDMI output. There was a short in the MN864709, so I replaced it. However, checking the voltages showed that there were only 1.2 V where it is supposed to be 5.0 V (pin 100 and others). It stays at 1.2 V all the time...
