    Short on NEC Lines

    Not sure where to post this or how to exactly describe this but I have a short on the top two lines by the chips on PS3 CECHA MB were the NEC Tokin capacitors used to go The lower lines there is no short between the positive and negetive https://imgur.com/gallery/959h4l3
