new to ps3 hacking

Hey guys. Relatively new to the PS3 scene so i took a while before coming here. I'm trying to sign a pkg file to my console but in order for me to do that, I obviously need to have my ACT and IDPS files. For some reason, Initialization always completes, but trying to dump them to my USB drive...

So basically, I was going to play a Ps2 game. Saving was working fine until now, when I start a Ps2 game, it says "Memory card not inserted" and I can still play the game, but I can't save. I've tried to find ways to fix it, but most of them are very complicated and I can't really understand...
