non-mod chipped

Long story short, I tried to upgrading from OPL 0.7. I follow the installation from here (https://www.psx-place.com/resources/fmcb-fhdb-noobie-package.721/) but silly me I installed FMCB for mod chipped on a non-mod chipped console, now I won't load anything. It can boot into PS2 Memory Card...
