package manager

I installed hen, everything was fine for a week and now i can't see package manager when i enable HEN. i can access the homebrew apps and games but can't see "Package Manager" Tried restarting the console numerous times and enabling HEN without Internet (tips from Reddit), but no dice. Any advice?

Hi, Can someone tell me about the PlayStation Network Content folder in the Package Manager? There are some items in it. Is it safe to delete them? Thank you
