    PS4 Are these consoles exploitables ?

    HI all I have found several ps4 consoles on the markt but the are all have errors 1- (CE-35888-2 DVD error) € 80. 2- (Banned) € 70. 3-(just offline gaming) i don't know what that's mean maybe banned € 100. if all of them are 5.05 or lower can i do the exploit and instill pkg games ? THANKS
