I have an PS3 FAT running REBUG_4.82.2_REX. I don't have any programs inside. I install the REBUG TOOLBOX 02.02.16 from the Package Manager / Install Package Files / PS3 System Storage.
Installation finishes successful but when I run the REBUG TOOLBOX I get a black screen and nothing...
