ps3 heating

I have ps3 3008a 160gb.Han and hen enabled console.i also installed webman.My console doesnt support ps2,psp iso directly so i need to convert to ps2 classics But while playing ps2 games my ps3 temperature is 75c+ in rsx and 70c+ in cpu.But fan is silent.When i Quit game and enable hen fan...

After removing the IHS (cover) from the processor and applying a new thermal paste, my ps3 beeps twice and the red light blinks. After doesnt power on.
