I bought a PS3 yesterday and I proceeded to unlock it, so everything installs correctly but when I activate Hen in the main menu it just takes me out of the page as if it had been activated. I tried reinstalling it and it doesn't work. HELP!!

I was trying to edit some achievements for a game (NFS: The Run) and neither PS3TrophyisGood or Apollo shows me the Achievements tied to the DLC. When I go to the Trophy section on the XMB it shows 100% but when I go to the PSN Account section for the trophies is only shows 87%. What am I missing?
