ps4 hardware mods

Hello this is my first post Wondering what ps4 hardware mods are out there in 2024? I mean real upgrades to the hardware, and im sure this would require a jailbroken consoles. So i don't really want to talk about jailbreaks here. Unless they are needed for the hardware upgrade specifically...
