psone laser problem

Hello, I have problem on my PSone, when I press the disk close button, laser make blinking and get NO SIGNAL screen. The laser mechanism is new, I thought the problem was laser so i buy a new one, but makes same... Also disk is not spinning. When laser is on left and I press power button...
