    Is scrolling custom text possible on xmb top right corner area?

    I thought I have seen done before, but is it possible to have custom scrolling text that is in top right corner time area? If so how? What to edit and maybe best way to edit?

    Sorry if this has been asked before but I'm having a really strange issue on a PS3 The system is running Rebug 4.82 DEX. When signing into a new account on a new user, the system allows me to enter the email address, but when I go to enter the password, the text entry just doesn't work...
