trophy syncing

Hello to those that see this, Thank you to those that answer. I know for a fact that you can sync your earned trophies to your profile with hen and syscalls disabled with a lower chance of a ban but I’m unsure if that applies to out-of-region titles as I haven’t seen anything related to it...
