Ive been using the "Playstation Theme Builder" provided on psdevwiki, and I Made good ones... But I want to do more, animations, 3d models, I know the Playstation is Capable because There is some Themes that use 3d models and and rigs. I can do that. Where can I find some tool or... Well...
