PS3 Any changes to HEN installation?

Hey psx-place. I've just fired up my superslim PS3 and noticed it doesn't have HEN. Wanted to install it but paused to first ask if the installation steps has had changed.
Do I need to first update to 4.93 OFW? Or install the HFW right away?
Could anyone tell me the true steps or redirect me to a tutorial?

It doesn't have setup/install tab. And the speed of my internet connection here sucks as it's almost impossible to whatch YouTube.
