PS5 Can We Tell The Firmware Version From BIOS Dump Only?

As the topic says I'm wondering can we use an application to examine a bios dump and have it tell us what firmware version is installed on the PS5.

This is question specifically related to getting the firmware version of PS5s that don't boot.
