Error report to sony

I was playing a webman game then decided to quit and it usually says ps3 didn't turn off correctly but this I sent the error report to sony by mistake is it safe?

crash report? I know the vita keeps these in the data folder. I'm not sure where they're kept on the ps3 (tmp folder maybe?). I've never heard of anyone being banned on any system (3ds has these too) for a crash report, but then again, we don't really know what kinds of information these things have in them. I'd imagine program/app notes.
