Games Crashing on Launch

Super Slim, running latest version of HEN (I followed up the most up to date MrMario2011 guide on YouTube) and games will randomly hard crash the PS3 when I start them. There seems to be no rhyme or reason why this is happening. I have to unplug the PS3 to get it to turn off. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did you try running a game from the BD disc?. Maybe you have a hardware issue.

Yes disc games work without issue. The system sometimes crashes when launching digital games downloaded from PKGI.

This is also happening to me, sometimes I open an xmb game and it simply freezes, there was one time when I went to leave a game and it went blackout, ps3 4.91 HEN 3.3.0 ps3 30001

Install the game from the official PS Store.

The same for me. Random crashing when starting or closing pkgs from pkgi ou brewology...
