How to Completely Get Rid of Every Trace of CFW and Jailbreak?

This is going to be a pretty long post so bear with me.
Hey guys, so I'm new to jailbreaking a PS3. So I got a PS3 last week and logged into a dummy account on OFW. I then decided to jailbreak the console. I never logged into PSN while jailbroken at all. After some consideration, I want to delete the jailbreak and start over. I want to delete the jailbreak so I can earn some trophies on PS3. But I do not know the official steps of deleting the jailbreak or how the CFW is installed.

I have a Slim system so that automatically makes it a NOR system. After some research, I think I found out that all the CFW files are stored on the HDD, but do not know that for sure. And all I need to do is wipe the HDD. I saw one comment on a forum say "You probably can't remove all CFW traces on an older NAND system but you can restore the firmware twice from recovery mode and wipe the HDD using a PC on the newer NOR systems (pretty much anything that is not a launch system) since they store the firmware on the HDD vs the NAND". I don't know if it is true though. I have quick formatted the drive many times through the Mac Disk Utility and quick formatted it using GUI32 on PC. Any full format I could not finish because the HDD would freeze up (dying HDD and am buying new one). I have installed the CFW many times over on the XMB, rebuild the database at least twice, and restored the system by safe mode.

How would I officially delete any trace of jailbreak or CFW? Have I done enough? I have tried doing research but I have found answers ranging from just updating the CFW twice to deleting the first 300 lines in a HexEditor. Basically, how can I be completely sure Playstation can never see that I ever had a jailbreak when I sync trophies? Because eventually I want to earn PSN trophies on my main account and be assured I won't get banned if they do any trace of a jailbreak.
I just want to be really safe because I would hate a console ban. Paranoid much? Whatever it takes to delete any trace of jailbreak and never get me banned lol

If anyone has any answers, feedback, or opinions, it would be great!
Thanks

probably install ofw, then format the hdd. that should remove all traces. you can format on pc if you want. that would certainly remove all traces and reset the xregistry if using a NOR console. chances are you won't be banned if you do that, but if you've already been flagged, you might still be. I think it takes 7-10 days or so from the time of being flagged to being banned. if you're not banned after a couple weeks, you probably weren't flagged. I've just heard of this sort of thing sometimes happening with the switch, where someone tries to go legit, was flagged for going online with a tainted nand, then got banned a few days later. it's probably possible for that to happen, but it's far less likely with the ps3.

If You have already installed CFW, read EID Root Key, IDPS and make NOR dump. ERK open for You HDD on PC, IDPS open for You access to protected content of System Backup archives and saves decryption/resigning if needed on PC, and flash dump makes You brick proof.

After that, to clean every CFW or any hack trace (warning: You will loose ALL data):
  1. Do not allow PS3 to connect to SEN (blacklist Sony servers on router side).
  2. Take out HDD and make quick format on PC (doesn't matter how or for what fs, PS3 using it's own so anything will be overwritten again).
  3. From Safe Mode level, install OFW twice.
  4. From Safe Mode level, choose options: Restore PS3 System.
  5. Unblock Sony servers and enjoy OFW with access to all Your data due to keys reading before. ;)
However, Sony probably already flagged Your console (IDPS) when You first time access to SEN having HEN/CFW (doesn't matter on which SEN account). They doesn't banning for that but, no one know the future.

BTW: You can earning trophies on HEN or CFW. You have in mind syncing them with Sony? You still can but of course higher ban risk.

I never connected to PSN while on CFW. Only before and after. And I accidentally installed the OFW from the XMB and not safe mode. I don't think I ever installed SEN or know any info about that.

You did while You was on OFW and going to PS3Xploit site for HEN installation and/or fw patching. High probably You are already logged because of that actions. Consoles today are literally spyware.

I didn't say anything about SEN installation... SEN is Sony Entertainment Network (old name was PSN >> PlayStation Network).

Oh dang. You're right. I really hope I didn't get flagged
