Yes.. using any kind of hack on a PS3 carries a risk of a ban.... and the fact you are logged into PSN, and actively downloading things from the PSN servers during the activation of HEN is insane as you will not have disabled the SYSCALS with PSN Patch or another app that does the same.

I am just judging this off the thread title, so if i have anything the wrong way around please tell me, but there is always a risk of a ban on a hacked PS3.

So, your HEN activated, NOT logged into PSN, but downloading from PSN....?

I can't see a ban happening unless your logged into PSN...
