Just installed HEN and got a few questions

I've read the FAQs but still got a few quick questions about it. I'm on a PS3 superslim btw.

1. Do PSN games work the same way as with HAN? resign pkg and rap, then enable HEN and install via the package manager?

2. I want to rip a disc to do a full install (main reason I installed HEN), what homebrew is best atm to do this? I've heard about incompatibility issues even with those that appear to be ok on the compat list, so I'm a little worried.

3. I've heard about ISO and Folder games, is there any difference in-game, loading times and such?

4. Running Homebrew certainly takes up a little bit of memory, is there any negative impact performance wise when playing games?

5.After ripping a game to your HDD can you disable the Homebrew App or does it need to remain active?

Sorry for so many questions or if some have already been answered, and thank you for your awesome work on this so far.

1. Yes. Also you can install unsigned packages on HEN.
2. multiMAN or IRISMAN are good... I guess ManaGunZ too.
3. ISO has better compatibility, support games with files larger than 4GB on FAT32 and you can use NTFS drives too.
4. Only plugins remain loaded in memory until you exit them.
Homebrews like IRISMAN or multiMAN don't use memory when you launch a game.
5. You can uninstall all the homebrews if you only use PSN games and/or CD-R/DVD±R/BD-R backups.
If you use JB folders or ISOS, you need at least one backup manager to launch them.
e.g. multiMAN, IRISMAN, ManaGunZ, sMAN, webMAN or webMAN MOD.
