HLS:
- Properly detect master playlists (when [hls:] url prefix is not supplied)
- Improved seek - merge seeks in one, e.g. from TV remote long-press
- Probe first segment (or fMP4 map) to detect video properties (W/H/FPS/SAR)
- Do not fall-back to 1920x1080 and try to probe segment/map first (simple playlists)
