Problem CFW2OFW 1.13

Hi,
A few days ago I converted some folders into pkg using CWF2OFW and everything is fine, but now I try to do it with GOW Assension and Big Little planet 3 and I get the following error when extracting the updates. combination of chosen offset pos. & length goes outside of the array to be xored.

Can Anybody Help me

try reripping the disc to iso.
