Hello greetings to all the members of this wonderful team, it helps me know how to have the necessary files to install a CF because I have a reduced and unstable Internet and I am afraid to install the CF. my question is?? I can have lps files by downloading them and using them. ofline. Thanks in advance.

I am really not sure what you mean.

You are posting in the ps3xploit/HEN section to ask for a CFW file you could use offline BUT there is no ps3xploit CFW. If you are looking for a CFW to install offline (from USB), you should download Evilnat 4.87 from its dedicated thread.

But I am guessing that you don't have a CFW compatible console & are talking about HEN. So if you meant that you wish to install & enable HEN offline then the files you need depend on your current firmware.
If the console is currently running OFW 4.87, you will first need to get a copy of the HFW 4.87 PUP file (links are available in this forum). You can install it from USB (offline) as you would any official firmware PUP file.
Once HFW 4.87 is installed, you need to install HEN & reboot. From there onwards, whenever you wish to use HEN, you will just need to enable it after console boot.

All the 4.87 HEN files including the offline installer & enabler tools are available at

You will need to setup a http server on your local network to use them though, either on your PC or on your smartphone.

You should refer to the dedicated HEN threads and/or the recent HEN guide thread that @Coro posted a little while ago for more details about the installation process & options.

You don't use a downgrader.
You just download the HFW 4.87 PUP & the HEN release archive I gave you the link for in my previous post from a PC or a phone, you don't need the console to download them.

I wonder... are you talking about the bgtoolset?

If you want to run the bgtoolset to patch your PS3 flash and install a CFW, the toolset is not available offline, so you need to have your PS3 connected to the internet. Maybe you can use your computer as a proxy to cache some files, but you still need to be online with your computer and PS3.

the old exploit javascript reader/writer is still available and can be used offline, but IIRC it is only compatible with a few older OFW versions such as 4.82, 4.84. So if you're on 4.87 OFW, the only way is the bgtoolset or a hardware flasher.
